HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM PIECE?
Each piece is created with care and intention. Occasion wear typically takes up to 3 months, while bridal gowns may take up to 6 months from initial consultation to final fitting. Our bespoke embroidered veils, depending on the design, usually take between 2–4 weeks.
If you have a shorter timeline in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

HOW MANY FITTINGS WILL YOU HAVE?
As each bespoke piece is made with great precision and attention to fit, we’d recommend at least two to three fittings.
Fittings can take place in our studio, or should you need us to travel we may be able to accommodate, at an additional cost.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, we are only able to accept payment in form of bank transfer.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
We use trusted couriers to deliver your bespoke piece with the utmost care to your required destination, wherever you may be in the world. We also on occasion may be able to offer an express hand delivery service.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
As each piece is created exclusively for the client, we are unable to offer any returns, exchanges or cancellations after payment has been taken. We can however, make minor alterations and adaptations to the original design if agreed by both parties.
