OUR PROCESS
The Beginning – A Consultation
Every bespoke creation begins with a conversation. Whether in-person at the studio or virtually, each consultation is a chance to explore ideas, inspirations, and the story behind the piece. From custom-embroidered veils to full bridal or occasion looks, this stage is where vision meets possibility.
Design & Development
Following the consultation, initial sketches are created alongside curated fabric swatches, colour references, and embroidery concepts. This is a collaborative and considered process, allowing each element to take shape with clarity and intention. Measurements are taken with care to ensure each piece is tailored to the individual it’s designed for.
Toiling & Fitting
A bespoke toile (a mock-up of the garment) is developed to refine silhouette, fit, and proportion. This step ensures that the final piece will feel as effortless as it looks, whether it’s a structured gown or a delicately draped veil. For veils, placement, length, and detailing are adjusted with precision.
Creation
With the design finalised, each piece is brought to life through a slow, meticulous process. All work is carried out in-house, from pattern cutting to embroidery, stitching, and hand-finishing. Every detail—down to the final thread—is crafted with care, precision, and emotional depth. This is where craftsmanship becomes storytelling.
Final Fitting & Aftercare
When the piece is ready, a final fitting or review ensures it is finished to perfection. Alongside the delivery of the garment or veil, Studio Taschar offers styling guidance and aftercare support to help preserve its beauty for years to come. Each creation is made to be worn, cherished, and remembered.
